Quick Chili

2 lbs ground beef

1 can kidney beans

1 can stewed tomatoes

1 packet chili seasoning

Brown ground beef, then drain, then add in the rest and heat until warm. Serve with rice or mashed potatoes if you like or eat it the way it is. Of course, add any spices you like as well.

Quick and Tasty.

    Alternative recipe…

    2lbs of lean ground beef
    1/4 C dried minced onions
    1 container of Trader Joe’s Mild Salsa (party size=24oz)

    brown the beef, add the onions (no need to drain), add the salsa cook till most of the fluid is gone, 5 minutes or so. Serve over mixed greens top with avocado slices and a dab of sour cream.
