Great analysis but I was wondering about the 90-day/divided nutrition diet (one day of this, two days of that, etc.). How does it really work? Portion control, just paying attention to what you eat, waiting to become hungry before diving into a plate of spuds?
All the reviews are positive but I can’t decode it… What’s real and what’s not?
