I dove into the research to give you the skinny on some workout supplements here.

I’ve since been assured that a supplement called Jack3d by USP Labs is the best thing since sliced bread. Of course, this is usually supported by “I tried it and it’s awesome!” Well, as you might know, Jeff and I feel pretty strongly about this type of anecdotal evidence, strongly in a bad way.
