I just got what was $21 worth of meat for $5 from the “manager’s special” section at Albertson’s. They were buy one get one free and $3 off each package.

So it finally happened, the big “debate” between Gary Taubes and Dr. Oz on Dr. Oz’s show. First, I want to say I respect Dr. Oz for having Gary on his show. However, that is where the positive comments are going to end.
I have been traveling a bit, the joys of moving, and have had a little more time for some recreational reading. So I decided to read The New Atkins for a New You by Westman, Phinney, & Volek. This book was at the top of my “I should read” list. Read more »
